SEC Player of the Week – Tennessee’s Rylie West, a senior outfielder from Eastvale, Calif., recorded a .714 batting average, a 1.857 slugging percentage and an .800 on-base percentage to help the Lady Vols earn wins at UT Arlington and at No. 22/19 Baylor. West registered two hits (including a two-run home run), two RBI and three runs scored against the Mavericks. In game one against the Bears, she broke up a potential no-hitter with a double to score Tennessee’s opening run. In game two, West went 2-for-2 with a home run, two runs scored and four RBI.
